About Dr. Stern

Dr. Robert Stern is a board-certified internal medicine physician with more than 30 years of experience and a focus on addiction medicine.

His expertise centers on evidence-based treatment for opioid use disorder, including Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), and on expanding access to that care through telemedicine.

Dr. Stern has worked in community health and virtual care settings, and is committed to making addiction treatment easier to reach for the people who need it.

Dr. Stern is no longer with QuickMD, but we’re grateful for his contributions, which remain valuable to the patients and readers we serve.
